These terms apply to the use of NEXOSSO, the school management service of NEXQRA Private Limited (the website and portals on nexosso.cloud, the NEXOSSO apps and the "NEXOSSO Connect" WhatsApp integration).
1. The service
NEXOSSO is provided to schools under an agreement with NEXQRA or with an authorised NEXQRA partner. The school's staff, parents and students use it through accounts the school creates. Features available to a school depend on its plan.
2. Accounts
Users must keep their login details private and use only their own account. The school is responsible for who it gives accounts to and for removing accounts of people who leave.
3. Acceptable use
NEXOSSO may be used only for the school's own lawful purposes. It must not be used to send spam or unrelated promotions, to harass anyone, to upload unlawful content, or to try to access other schools' data or the system itself without permission.
4. WhatsApp messaging
A school that connects its WhatsApp Business number through NEXOSSO Connect also accepts Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies. The school must send WhatsApp messages only to parents and staff who have given the school their number for school communication, and must stop messaging anyone who asks it to. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to the school's own WhatsApp Business account. NEXQRA does not guarantee delivery of any message; important notices are also available in the NEXOSSO apps.
5. Data
The school owns the data it enters. NEXQRA processes it as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep NEXOSSO available and backed up, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, NEXQRA is not liable for indirect losses. NEXQRA's total liability to a school is limited to the fees that school paid for NEXOSSO in the previous 12 months.
